Founded and still led by owner Rick, the company has more than 45 years in business and works across East Texas, the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and into Oklahoma.
We build ground-up commercial facilities, pre-engineered metal buildings and warehouses, tenant improvements, retail and showroom remodels, and service bay build-outs — managing design, permitting, procurement, and construction in-house from first meeting to final walkthrough.

One contractor owns your project end to end. We handle design coordination, plan submittals, and city permitting, then run procurement, scheduling, and every trade on site through final walkthrough — so there is never a question about who is accountable.
